First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a drug used for diabetes can slow brain and eye damage in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). About 120 adults with stable MS will receive either the drug or a placebo for 96 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug reduces brain shrinkage and inflammation, potentially slowing the disease's long-term effects.
