Summary
This study tests if wearing surgical gloves during oxaliplatin treatment can prevent hand nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) in colon cancer patients. About 84 adults with high-risk stage III or stage IV colon cancer will be randomly assigned to wear gloves or not. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost method reduces numbness, tingling, or pain in the hands.
