Summary

This study tests if wearing surgical gloves during oxaliplatin chemotherapy can prevent hand nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) in colon cancer patients. About 84 adults with advanced colon cancer will be randomly assigned to wear gloves or not during treatment. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost approach reduces the risk of moderate-to-severe nerve symptoms.
