New combo therapy aims to tackle Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs—glofitamab and pirtobrutinib—can safely shrink tumors in adults with mantle cell lymphoma that returned or didn't respond to prior treatment. About 30 participants will receive the combination and be monitored for side effects and cancer response. The goal is to find a more effective option for this aggressive blood cancer.
