First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (glofitamab plus chemotherapy) for people with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to first treatment. About 96 adults will be randomly assigned to get either the new combo or standard care. The goal is to see if the new combo helps control the cancer longer without it getting worse.
