New hope for hard-to-treat lymphoma: drug combo targets cancer from two angles

NCT ID NCT06054776

First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs—acalabrutinib, obinutuzumab, and glofitamab—is safe and effective for people with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. About 40 adults will receive the drugs, which work by blocking cancer growth signals and helping the immune system attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check side effects and see how many patients achieve a complete response (no cancer detected).
