Summary
This study tests whether an oral medicine called glibenclamide can control high blood sugar in very premature babies (born before 32 weeks and weighing under 1500 grams). The goal is to see if it can be used instead of insulin, which is the current standard treatment. The study includes 35 infants and focuses on keeping blood sugar levels stable without causing dangerously low blood sugar.
