Summary
This study compares two procedures—iStent inject and Kahook Dual Blade goniotomy—both done alongside cataract surgery for people with open-angle glaucoma. The goal is to see which better reduces eye pressure and the need for pressure-lowering drops. About 100 participants will be followed for one year.
