Summary
This study compares two procedures—iStent inject and Kahook Dual Blade goniotomy—done at the same time as cataract surgery in 100 adults with open-angle glaucoma. The goal is to see which approach better lowers eye pressure and reduces the need for daily eye drops. Participants must have cataracts and be on 1-4 glaucoma medications, but cannot have had prior glaucoma surgery.
