Inclusion Criteria: \- Diagnosis of glaucomatous optic neuropathy Exclusion Criteria: * Age \< 18 years * Diabetes * Pregnancy * Hypertensive retinopathy * Smoking * Intraocular surgery 1 month prior to study entry * Systemic or ocular disease, excluding glaucoma, which the investigator believes could affect the test results * Insufficient quality of the optical coherence tomography imaging * Insufficient cooperation during examinations or measurements
