First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study compares the inner lining of blood vessels (called the glycocalyx) in 100 people with and without primary open-angle glaucoma. Researchers want to see if damage to this lining is linked to the eye disease. Participants will have a non-invasive test to measure the lining thickness. The study does not offer treatment but aims to better understand what causes glaucoma.
