Simple glasses offer new hope for adult lazy eye
NCT ID NCT05394987
Summary
This study is testing whether getting the right prescription glasses can improve vision in adults with amblyopia, often called 'lazy eye.' Researchers will enroll 36 adults aged 18-39 to see if wearing properly corrected glasses leads to better vision, depth perception, and eye coordination. The goal is to understand if the adult brain can still adapt and improve vision with optical correction alone.
