Summary
This study tests a drug called giredestrant in 300 women with early-stage, hormone-sensitive breast cancer who had to stop their previous hormone therapy due to side effects like joint pain or hot flashes. The goal is to see if patients stick with this new treatment and how it affects their symptoms and quality of life. Participants will take giredestrant daily for one year, and researchers will track side effects and any improvements in symptoms.
