Summary
This study will test whether a smartphone app called Gingko Active can help middle-aged and older adults (45+) improve their strength, endurance, and balance better than following a standard exercise booklet. The study involves 60 healthy adults or those with controlled high blood pressure or diabetes. Participants will use the app or the booklet for a set period, and their progress will be measured through app-based tests.
