Summary

This study looks at why some people with alpha-gal syndrome (a meat allergy) get stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting after eating red meat. Researchers will give 30 adults pork with and without the allergy-triggering substance to see what happens inside their bodies. The goal is to better understand the condition, not to test a new treatment.
