Summary
This study tests a combination of two experimental drugs (GH21 and D-1553) in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called KRASG12C. The trial includes two groups: one for non-small cell lung cancer and another for other solid tumors, all in patients who have already tried other treatments.
