Summary
This study tests a new drug called GFH375 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The goal is to see if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink tumors. About 407 adults aged 18 to 75 with advanced cancers like lung or pancreatic cancer are being enrolled.
