Summary

This study tests a 10-week program called GetActive+ that combines gentle walking with mind-body techniques to help older adults (55+) with long-term muscle or joint pain. Two hundred participants will either join the program or continue their usual care. Researchers will measure improvements in physical function, mood, and daily activity levels.
