Summary
This study aims to better predict which pregnant women are at risk for developing gestational diabetes (high blood sugar during pregnancy). Researchers will follow 1,000 women to identify key risk factors and create a prediction tool. They will also test a personalized health plan to see if it helps control blood sugar and prevent long-term health problems for mothers and their children.
