Summary
This study aims to better predict which pregnant women are at risk for developing gestational diabetes (GDM). It will also test whether a personalized, team-based health plan can help control blood sugar levels during pregnancy and reduce long-term health risks for both mother and child. The research will follow 1,000 women to gather data and evaluate the effectiveness of these tailored interventions.
