Summary

This study aims to understand the biological processes of aging by collecting detailed health data and samples from 900 adults over many years. Participants, including healthy, non-frail, and frail individuals, will undergo regular tests like blood draws, scans, and biopsies every two years. The goal is to identify biomarkers in the blood and tissues that change with age and relate them to physical and cognitive health.
