Summary
This study looked at whether a supervised exercise program (3 times a week) could improve health for overweight pregnant women and their newborns. 140 women were randomly assigned to either the exercise group or a usual-care group. Researchers measured things like weight gain, blood sugar levels, and overall health markers in both mothers and babies.
