NCT ID NCT07204392

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks for inherited genetic changes that might make some people more likely to develop myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), a group of blood disorders. Researchers will study 313 young patients (diagnosed before age 27) or those with a family history of blood cancers. The goal is to find gene patterns that explain why some families have multiple cases of MPN.
