Summary

This study is testing a specialized geriatric care program designed to help older adults recover after completing breast cancer treatment. Researchers will enroll 30 participants aged 65+ who recently finished chemotherapy for early-stage breast cancer. The program includes comprehensive health assessments, educational materials, activity tracking, and personalized follow-up care to reduce health burdens and improve quality of life.
