Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, GenSci140, in about 170 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors, especially in ovarian cancer. Participants will receive the drug and be closely monitored for side effects and tumor response.
