Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called GenSci140 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 170 participants in China will take part, with a focus on ovarian cancer and other tumors that have a specific marker (FRα).
