First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests a personalized treatment for people with a rare and aggressive blood cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) that did not respond to initial chemotherapy. Doctors will use genetic testing of the tumor to select a combination of drugs, including an experimental EZH2 inhibitor called zeprumetostat. The goal is to shrink or control the cancer, not to cure it. The trial involves 86 adults and is in early phases (1 and 2) to check safety and effectiveness.
