First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding targeted drugs based on a patient's genetic profile to standard chemotherapy (Pola-RCHP) works better than standard chemo alone for people with untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 152 adults aged 18-75 with an IPI score of 2-5 will participate. The goal is to see if the personalized approach delays cancer progression or relapse.
