Summary
This study tested a 'Genius Pillbox' — a pill organizer with sensors and automatic reminders — to see if older adults find it helpful. Twelve people aged 60 or older who take multiple daily medications used the device for four weeks. Researchers measured how acceptable and easy it was to use, and whether it improved medication adherence.
