Can your genes predict your diet success?
NCT ID NCT06092372
Summary
This study aimed to find out if a person's genetic risk for obesity affects how well they lose weight on a diet program. Researchers recruited 223 overweight adults who had either very high or very low genetic risk scores for obesity. Half of the participants in each genetic group received diet and lifestyle coaching for six months, while the other half did not, to compare weight loss results.
