Can your genes predict your diet success?
NCT ID NCT06092372
Summary
This study aimed to find out if a person's genetic risk for obesity influences how much weight they lose on a diet. Researchers worked with 223 overweight adults who had either a very high or very low genetic risk score. Half of the participants in each group received dietary coaching for six months, while the other half did not, to compare the results.
