First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment for people with malignant glioma that has returned or not responded to standard therapy. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells (T cells), add a special gene to help them recognize and attack the tumor, and infuse them back. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects. The study involves 65 participants and is currently active but no longer recruiting.
