Summary
This study aims to find genetic markers in saliva that could predict liver damage caused by asparaginase, a common chemotherapy drug for acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Researchers will collect saliva samples from 500 newly diagnosed patients and track who develops liver problems. The goal is to personalize treatment and reduce side effects.
