Summary
This study aims to collect blood and spinal fluid samples from 350 people with conditions like Parkinson's disease, ALS, glioblastoma, certain cancers, and rheumatoid arthritis. The goal is to find new genetic markers that could help doctors diagnose autoimmune encephalitis and paraneoplastic neurological syndromes more accurately. Participants provide samples but receive no direct treatment.
