Summary
This is a very early, small study to test the safety of a new one-time gene therapy called IPS101A for people with severe, long-term Parkinson's disease. It will involve 6 participants whose symptoms are not controlled by all available medications. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects, while also looking for early signs of whether the treatment might help.
