Summary

This study is testing a one-time gene therapy called ETX101 for children with Dravet syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy. The goal is to see if delivering a corrected gene directly to the brain can safely reduce the number of seizures and improve a child's learning and development. The study is enrolling infants and children up to 18 years old who have a specific genetic mutation causing their condition.
