Summary
This study tests a one-time gene therapy called ST-503 for people with severe nerve pain from small fiber neuropathy that hasn't improved with standard treatments. The therapy delivers a modified gene to block pain signals before they reach the brain. The trial involves 27 adults and will check safety and pain reduction over 12 weeks.
