Summary
This study is testing a new gene therapy drug called Reqorsa, given alongside an existing lung cancer drug (osimertinib), for patients whose advanced lung cancer has started growing again while on osimertinib. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can help control the cancer better than standard chemotherapy. The trial is for adults with a specific genetic type of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
