Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new gene therapy called Reqorsa to the standard drug osimertinib can help control advanced lung cancer that has started growing again. The trial is for adults with a specific genetic type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutant) whose cancer progressed while on osimertinib. Researchers aim to find a safe, effective dose and see if this combination works better than standard chemotherapy.
