Summary

This early-stage trial tests a personalized treatment for glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. It uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to better recognize and attack the tumor, combined with chemotherapy. The study aims to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink tumors or slow the disease. It is open to patients aged 6 to 70 with recurrent glioblastoma.
