Summary
This study aims to see if using a child's genetic information to adjust the dose of a chemotherapy drug (6-MP) can reduce dangerous side effects like low white blood cell counts and infections. About 110 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia will receive personalized dosing based on their NUDT15 and TPMT genes. The goal is to make maintenance therapy safer while still controlling the disease.
