Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new cancer drug called GEN1106 in people with advanced solid tumors, particularly bladder cancer that has spread. The study aims to find safe doses and see if the drug helps shrink tumors in patients who have already tried standard treatments. All participants will receive the experimental drug, with the trial lasting about 17 months including treatment and follow-up visits.
