New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors
NCT ID NCT07416123
Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental cancer drug called GEN1106 for people with advanced solid tumors, particularly bladder cancer that has spread. The trial aims to find safe doses and see if the drug helps shrink tumors in patients who have already tried standard treatments that didn't work. Participants will receive the active drug (no placebo) and be closely monitored for about 17 months with regular tests and scans.
