Summary
This early-stage trial tests the safety and effectiveness of a new antibody called GEN1079 in 121 people with certain advanced solid tumors. The study has multiple parts to find the best dose and see if the drug shrinks tumors. All participants receive the active drug, and the trial lasts about 33 to 67 weeks per person.
