Summary
This early-stage trial tests the safety and effectiveness of a new antibody drug called GEN1079 in 121 people with certain advanced solid tumors. The study has three parts: first finding a safe dose, then refining it, and finally checking how well it works. All participants receive the active drug, and the trial lasts about 33 to 67 weeks per person.
