Summary

This study tests a combination of three treatments—chemotherapy (GEMOX), a targeted drug (Donafenib), and an immunotherapy (Tislelizumab)—in people with advanced biliary tract cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors and improve survival. About 93 adults aged 18 to 75 with stage III or IV disease will take part.
