Experimental combo targets rare sarcomas with genetic mutations

Summary
This early-phase trial aims to find a safe dose of gemcitabine combined with nab-sirolimus for people with advanced leiomyosarcoma or soft-tissue sarcoma that has specific TSC1 or TSC2 gene changes. About 18 participants will receive the drug combination to see how well it is tolerated. The goal is to control the disease, not to cure it.
