First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (gecacitinib, donafenib, and a PD-1 inhibitor) as a second treatment for people with advanced liver cancer that got worse after initial immunotherapy. About 35 adults will receive this triple therapy to see if it can shrink tumors and improve survival. The goal is to find a new option for patients who have run out of effective treatments.
