Summary
This study tested a new drug, GDC-0084, combined with the standard drug trastuzumab (Herceptin) in 17 people with HER2-positive breast cancer that had spread to the brain. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink or control brain tumors. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
