Summary
This study tests an injection called GC012F in 118 adults with refractory systemic lupus erythematosus (lupus that hasn't responded to standard treatments). The therapy aims to control the disease by targeting certain immune cells. Researchers will check safety and how well it reduces lupus activity over 48 weeks.
